We are seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Field Training (Product & Disease) – Europe to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening how our European field teams are onboarded, trained, and equipped to engage customers with confidence, consistency, and relevance.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a European field capability agenda by adapting global product and disease materials into field-relevant, compliant, and locally applicable learning solutions to European markets. You will work at the intersection of global content, local market realities, and field execution, partnering closely with Global teams and European affiliates to ensure our customer-facing teams are ready for the moments that matter most.

You will be joining the Launch Planning and Commercial Operations – Europe and International Markets team. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with and be guided by the Director, Field Training & Development – Europe, based in Hellerup, Denmark.

The role can be based in Hellerup, Denmark, or at one of our affiliate offices in Madrid or Munich.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Lead European affiliates Product & Disease Onboarding

Lead one of Europe’s most important field capability priorities: European affiliates Product & Disease Onboarding.
Own the adaptation and implementation of onboarding solutions for European field teams by translating global materials (disease, product, competitors, and device) into field-relevant, compliant learning aligned with European label, market access frameworks and legislations, and local market realities.

- Continuous Capability – Beyond Onboarding

Build and scale the post-onboarding field capability model across Europe
Design and implement a sustained capability approach beyond onboarding, ensuring field teams continue to build confidence and effectiveness through ongoing learning, assessments, and field-applied training tailored to European access pathways, customer dynamics, and region-specific contexts.

- Drive e-learning development, localization and LMS execution

Lead the development, review, internal approval and deployment of e-learnings and digital learning assets for field European teams, including ownership of learning flows, completion tracking, version control, and LMS management in partnership with key internal stakeholders and external partners (LMS agencies).

- Lead field capability assessments and measurement

Design and implement a consistent capability assessment approach across onboarding and ongoing development, including assessment criteria, learning checkpoints, and KPIs to track completion, knowledge progression, and field readiness over time.

- Partner cross-functionally across Global and Local teams

Act as a key bridge between Global Scientific Content owners, European affiliates, Compliance, Regulatory and Medical stakeholders, ensuring content remains aligned, locally relevant, and fit for field use.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.

You bring 7–10 years of total pharma/biotech experience with at least 3-5 years in field capability building (Medical / Product / Disease).

Furthermore, you have:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong experience working with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools to develop clear, engaging, and field-relevant learning and communication materials.
  • Strong experience adapting global product, disease, or competitor content into field-relevant learning solutions for regional or local use.
  • Hands-on experience developing, reviewing or managing e-learnings and digital learning journeys, ideally across multiple markets/languages.
  • Practical experience working with LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone or similar), including deployment, learner journeys, tracking, and governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across Global and Local functions, including the ability to navigate matrix environments and cross-functional ownership
  • Experience supporting customer-facing roles, with a good understanding of field realities and compliance boundaries.
