We are seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to join our growing team and support our continued expansion. In this role, you will work across the full HR value chain and play a key part in shaping a strong people experience. In this role, you will be hands-on and focus on execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.

You will be joining the Global Human Resources team and report directly to Louise Thorninger, Head of HR Europe and International based in Hellerup. The position is also based in Hellerup.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Covering the full HR value chain, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Partnering closely with the business, exerting your influence to create positive change and proactively mitigate and resolve issues.
• Supporting organizational development in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications and Skills

You hold a relevant academic degree and have 10+ years of experience with HR Business Partnering.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience working in a lean, matrixed organization in the pharma industry.
• Proven experience contributing to organizational growth from R&D through commercialization.
• A hands-on, team-oriented approach, willing to jump in wherever needed while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Experience building strong partnerships across functions and levels.

Travel: 10-20 days per year.
