We are seeking a highly structured and proactive Personal Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Europe & International Leadership Team (EILT), consisting of senior leaders with broad regional responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination, planning, and execution of key activities and projects across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a global biopharma company.

You will be part of the commercial organization and report directly to Head of Region Europe 1, within the Europe & International Leadership Team. The role is based in Hellerup, Denmark.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and manage EILT activities, including meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking and presentations/slide preparation
  • Plan and execute EILT meetings, off-sites, and events and travels (including logistics in Copenhagen and other locations)
  • Drive structure and cadence through the annual wheel, including quarterly all staff meetings, annual employee Culture survey processes, Board prereads etc.
  • Manage calendars, time planning, and ensure alignment across multiple senior stakeholders across local, regional and global functions
  • Support administrative processes including contracts, POs, and MSAs
  • Management of regional EILT projects, including tracking, follow-up and KPI reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant degree or have equivalent experience and bring solid experience from a similar role supporting senior leadership in an international organization. Experience from the Pharmaceutical and biotech industry is an added advantage.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in driving the business forward through support of Leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
