Job Description Summary
The Associate Director, Experience Personalization & Optimization will lead the development and execution of personalized, omnichannel engagement strategies for Neuromuscular brands, delivering seamless experiences that drive meaningful behavior change. Reporting to the Executive Director, Integrated Experience Planner, and partnering across marketing, content, data, channel, and agency teams, this leader will design and optimize integrated campaigns informed by customer insights and analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape next-generation engagement strategies, influence cross-functional teams, and help reach and impact twice as many patients, twice as fast.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing communication or marketing strategies in a regulated industry.
Demonstrated ability in leveraging data, insights, analytics, and customer behaviors to optimize campaigns and customer experiences effectively.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating with teams such as Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and IT to ensure effective execution.
Experience managing media and content testing to evaluate the performance of integrated communications and designing marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Adept at identifying opportunities to drive solutions and create orchestrated, human-centered customer experiences that address specific needs and deliver meaningful impact.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer packaged goods industries
Master of Science or MBA
Novartis Compensation Summary:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $152,600 and $283,400 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
