Job Description
Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze revenue deductions, rebates, chargebacks, and patient support program accruals and reserves.
Support compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls, and audit requirements.
Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements within financial operations.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, Pricing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Professional Accountant designation preferred.
Experience supporting financial reporting, month-end close activities, and accrual accounting processes.
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and accounting principles.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or enterprise resource planning systems and financial reporting tools.
Advanced analytical skills with experience performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial data reviews.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Language: French speaking and writing: advance English speaking and writing: advance
English language proficiency is required for this position due to the need to interact and participate in national and international meetings conducted in English and review scientific and strategic materials that are primarily available in English. These responsibilities are an essential part of the role and cannot be effectively performed solely in French
Desirable Requirements
Experience with BlackLine or similar account reconciliation and close management platforms.
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or multinational company experience supporting complex financial operations.
