highly motivated individual to join our team and help make the MIMIX patch a reality. This is a unique opportunity
to be part of an emerging startup bringing innovative technology to the global vaccine and therapeutic market.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and execute process development and optimization studies for microarray formulations
● Work as part of the process development team to optimize excipients and formulations to support project
objectives
● Prepare complex solutions following established protocols
● Identify and establish new assays, test methods, and technologies to support continuous process
improvement of the platform technology
● Develop an understanding of the inter-relationship of critical microarray formulation parameters and
manufacturing processes
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members of Manufacturing, Quality and Research functions
to support product development and manufacturing activities
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members of Manufacturing, Quality and Research functions
to support product development, manufacturing, and tech transfer between R&D and product
development activities
● Collaborate with manufacturing team to scale up processes from R&D to pilot production
● Regularly communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders
● Maintain detailed experimental records. Document data in reports and write detailed protocols

Qualifications
• BS or MS in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related
discipline, with at least 3 years of direct experience in process development. Title will be adjusted
commensurate with qualifications
• Familiarity with characterization techniques (tensiometry, rheometry, pH, DLS, FTIR, SPR), chromatography
techniques (HPLC, SEC), ELISAs, cell based assays etc.
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute studies, and analyze experimental results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills. Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
• Experience working in GxP is a plus
• Experience working with proteins, peptides and/or lipidated peptides is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and fields, creatively solve challenging technical problems, think
independently, and work collaboratively in diverse multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify root causes of problems and recommend corrective actions
• Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to learn, and drive to positively impact global human health.
