As an intern on the Strategic Finance team, you will spend twelve weeks working closely with a Strategic Finance Associate to perform various quantitative analyses. You will use Dash Enterprise and Tableau to develop custom apps and dashboards that support these analyses. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insight into the type of work we do to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in today's markets. While the internship will be hybrid (time at the office is required, with some availability to work remotely), this is a Boston, MA-based internship. The paid position requires ~40 hours/week.

During the course of your internship, you will be required to present your work to senior leadership. This presentation, along with your time at RA will be used as an assessment to determine a potential full-time offer to join RA Capital.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be within 1 year of graduation (Bachelors or higher) in a STEM or finance/economics degree.
- Must have basic knowledge of python, Tableau, and Plotly Dash.
- Must be curious, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing projects and priorities.
- Must be based in Massachusetts (consideration will be given to applicants who are willing and able to relocate to MA for the duration of the internship).
