Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters. They should have a service-oriented mindset and able to work in a matrixed organization. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner, Total Rewards Manager, and Chief People Officer across a range of HR COEs. The role will initially report directly into the CPO with a dotted line to the HRBP and Total Rewards Manager.
 
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Benefits: Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, and respond to employee inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment
  • Recruiting: Create job postings, review resumes, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers. Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and facilitate the interview process
  • Onboarding: Schedule and coordinate onboarding meetings for new employees; assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and the setup of employee records in the HRIS
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reporting packages for management review. Maintain accurate HR records and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Escalate issues as needed
  • HR Initiatives: Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance review process
 
Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in an HR support role or relevant administrative position
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with HRIS software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
